This small apartment consists of a kitchen/laundry/dining combination, living, bedroom, bathroom and outside living
Housed in the kitchen is an under bench washing machine with a linen cabinet on the end facing into the living room area.
Housing the washing machine under the bench meant that all wet areas where together. The dishdrawer is a sufficient size for this apartment and the drawer below provides space for laundry items

Blue and white were the color theme. Using cornflour blue and white for the tiles, walls, and window furnishings, highlights the features in this apartment throughout.
White Satin wrapped textured doors and drawers with traditional handles add the character required and the stone blue and silver speckled benchtop is the main feature that sets this kitchen off.
Coved ceiling added extra height and feature grooved ceilings and capped wainscotting throughout and drop slights sing in this space.
This award winning villa renovation in Fendalton was a major change for our client. The kitchen was dark and had an overlarge unbalanced kitchen area. This large kitchen also blocked any sunlight provided by the windows and french doors. Relocating the kitchen to the darker back wall allowed for a much better layout for the kitchen whilst opening up the living areas to the sunniest part of the room. The dining table now sits to the side of the kitchen to provide a much better flow.

The New Laundry is a feature to the new hallway. Originally the Bath sat below this leadlight window and now it features and inbuilt washing machine area with the same cabinets & benchtop to match the kitchen close by. When closed it looks like a sideboard.

Kitchen Renovation
This Trends Award wining 1940's family villa nestled in Fendalton, required a renovation which included the kitchen family room area. A previous addition had not been designed to help this home flow. The access was via the laundry was via the and the large dark strange shaped kitchen took over this room. By relocating the kitchen to the back wall we were able to open through the old bathroom creating a new hallway which incorporates a hidden laundry and relocate the bathroom to the other side. Suddenly this home worked. Not only could you walk right through the home but the new kitchen was in keeping with the era of this dwelling.
This new townhouse was replicated in both homes. A large kitchen window and side window dictated this kitchens layout. With sweeping bench-tops around and the island in the middle this kitchen plenty of work-space.
The island hides the bottle fridge and the black appliances work in with the bench tops & lights.
Tall cabinets, pantry and an angled china cabinet feature on the back wall in this high gloss kitchen.

The angled ceiling created a lovely feature to this new kitchen and enhanced the wall shape by using a lovely blue paint. Floors were replicated to match the rest of the flooring throughout.
This kitchen has a large 1 1/4 sink with drainer tray. to gain extra bench space you can have a single with drainer or under mounted sink as an option.

Kitchen Renovation
The result of a large renovation on this home resulted in the new kitchen being relocated to the living end of the home. Originally the laundry with lean-to toilet this area was gutted and renewed. Keeping the original laundry window as the theme, we replicated the windows which now is the window seating area. The shapes are amazing in this room with the angles emphasized by the blue paint. Extra tall cabinets and a clever use of the adjoining walls to the new laundry area have created a spacious yet functional new kitchen. Glossy Redwood floors complete this kitchen.

Kitchen Beachside Renovation
This Beachside Family Home had an awkward unusable kitchen divided by 2 islands & structural Panels, with no definite flow. Redesigning the entire kitchen and relocating the oven area I was able to enclose the kitchen into an actual room. Relocated the larger items to the external wall we were able to provide a wonderful wrap-around benchtop island with seating and a separate computer nook on the end. Removing the heavy ceiling and adding drop lights suddenly the size of this room was realized. Two-tone cabinetry with negative detail throughout meets the brief for a make dominant style by my client who loves to cook and entertain.
This small townhouse was opened up by removing the wall between the aged Kitchen and dining living room and the kitchen and laundry. This gave us wall space for a large pantry, a hideaway laundry and an open plan kitchen, dining & living room. With the breakfast island for entertaining and gaining the natural sunlight was huge advantage to this small townhouse.
The new laundry was hidden behind the kitchen nib wall and has plenty of storage for the new bi-fold pantry space.

A small granny flat was crying out for a complete uplift. Removing walls and reconfiguring the layout created a wonderful light, bright, new entertaining space. The stunning taupe Graphite sink complements the stone bench top. The new extra-wide range hood with glass splash back create a sense of space in this tight kitchen. The bespoke handmade light fixture was a special feature of the client. New paint with light blinds and new fixtures and fittings enhance this once dark home.

Kitchen Renovation
Our clients 1970's home required a large renovation. The original kitchen was a tight space with narrowed bench tops and very little storage space. A tiny island semi closed off this room. By knocking through a hallway cupboard we were able to widen this kitchen to incorporate my clients brief of a 900w Oven. The deep cabinets allowed for more bench space and we were able to replicate the original open shelving feature. A seating area was a must and the floating shelving sets off the spacious airy feel of this kitchen renovation.
