New designer kitchen with Butlers sink, tiled splash-back and large entertaining island. The new relocated main bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, pedestal basin & hand-painted tiles.
A skylight in the bathroom means that the new placement within the internal part of the dwelling has venting and natural sunlight.

A 1970's dwelling was renovated throughout to bring it up to a modern, yet in keeping with the alpine area of Hanmer Springs.
This dated home was crying out for a total revamp. By reconfiguring the stairwell, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, along with the lower levels, this home was turned into a practical family/holiday home. New windows, sliding doors, skylights, and balconies add an air of contentment to this home. The natural views are seen from all angles of this wonderful environment.
