1880's Cottage Bathroom

Space was at a premium for this tiny cottage renovation. In order to provide our client with their wish list they had to make some compromises. Instead of a separate bathroom and en-suite we incorporated the two together by way of making a new bathroom/en-suite off the master bedroom with sliding door access into the bathroom. This not only saved money for another bathroom but we could provide a larger en-suite combo bathroom with a freestanding bath. Bespoke tiles, ceramic light and curved fixtures and fittings added to the character and flow of this lovely cottage.

Bathroom Renovation

An 1890's Villa Bathroom and Laundry combination Renovation. Traditional features were important for this villa. to maintain the character required for this home. Special consideration for the housing of a hidden washing machine meant that an extra large basin with granite vanity top were made so to look in balance with the room. A large walk-in shower features an overhead rain shower, standard shower and Rimu seating. Handmade Black Tiles compliment this traditional home.

Bathroom Renovation

This '70s home had the old-style dong single toilet with a small bathroom which housed a vanity and a shower over a bath with a yellowed glass sliding door on top.

By opening the two rooms to make one and changing the window to one we were able to provide a large walk-in shower with a glass panel and shampoo alcoves.

The toilet was moved to where the bath cavity was and so tucked away at the rear of this bathroom A bespoke benchtop features an oval ceramic basin and a large inbuilt mirrored cabinet which reflects the light from the ehigh window.

Bathroom Addition

Catering for family and friends when visiting their holiday home our clients required a large bathroom off the downstairs bedroom. Part of their brief was a bath for the children and plenty of space for drying. We created this bathroom by taking space from a small older style car garage and knocking through the wall into the adjoining room. With no room for windows, as this was on a sloping site, extra lighting was introduced, a large mirror with lighting above and glossy tiles added to the overall effect.

Laundry-Toilet Renovation

This complex cottage renovation previously had a separate lean too toilet and laundry however due to the scope of this renovation and relocation of one whole side of this dwelling we incorporated the laundry, linen cupboard with the guest toilet together. Walls and cabinet depths are not what they seem. Keeping the theme throughout, this room is spacious yet compact, light and bright. The stone top features a porcelain basin and complimentary textured soft grey cabinets and patterned tiles, complete this renovation.

Laundry Renovation

A sideboard or laundry? A renovation transformation for this 1940's home was a delight not only for ourselves but our clients. With no flow through their home their only access to their Kitchen-Living room was via an old laundry. By moving their bathroom into the old laundry we were able create a new practical hallway. Features include a Granite Bench-top, Porcelain sink and bespoke washer/dryer housing. Retaining the original archway and  lead-light window complete this wonderful renovation.
