An 1880's Cottage full renovation includes a main bathroom with adjoining master bedroom en-suite. This room came about by moving from one end of the house and encroaching into the original master bedroom.

The original laundry/bathroom which we redesigned and gutted to make new.

With a large double ended tiled shower with seating and ceiling shower head, coved ceilings with spotlights, bespoke laundry vanity with extra large inserted wall cabinet and stunning imported black pitted tiles match the stone bench top.

A large en-suite with glass shower, toilet and floating vanity. A mixture of two tiles along with the long privacy window create a floating feel to this room.

This designer laundry is in its own room however it also sits under the hallway stairwell. This laundry has access to storage under the stairwell and has its own external access to the outside. Wooden flooring flows throughout and the kitchen bench-top is replicated in this laundry for continuity.

This Bathroom has a large double ended freestanding bath, floating vanity and large walk-in shower. Two styles of tiles create a soft feel to this room and the large mirror creates a feeling of extra space in this Master Bathroom.

LARGE VANITY WITH TALL MIRRO HELPS LIGHT FLOW AROUND THIS ROOM.

View 2 of the storage area we encroached in for the additional bathroom.

This Hanmer Springs additional bathroom was designed for guests. To create this bathroom we used the back of the garage area which was used as storage, walled off and made a new entry off the guest bedroom. The over bath shower is a must for the children and the use of lighting, glossy walls and white fixtures and fittings negates the fact that this bathroom does not have a window in this basement area.

The new large walk in shower is tiled floor to ceiling in soft earthen tones.

Original separate toilet. This was relocated into the original bathroom. The wall & door were removed along with the window which was replaced with a long narrow privacy window.

This Hanmer Springs bathroom renovation combines 2 rooms, the separate toilet and bathroom. By removing the wall, moving the toilet into the end of the original bath area and eliminating a door we were able to create a large fully tiled bathroom with slimline window, large walk-in shower, floating vanity and tucked away toilet.

The laundry includes an Engineered Stone bench top offset with a stunning white ceramic laundry sink. the tiles are larger subway tiles which have been used throughout this renovation. Cabinet door & drawer fronts are wrapped in a soft grey to match the floor tiles. Aged handles feature throughout.

The original lean-too guest toilet. This area has now become the kitchen area with a bay window seating area.

This multi-function guest powder room and laundry is a wonderful way to utilize the most out of a small space. By dividing this room with the tall linen cabinet we not only creates definition but also provides the privacy required in this room.

By using the original archway area where the bath had been situated and keeping the lead-light window this bespoke laundry cabinet enhances this hallway area whilst being practical at the same time. keeping the same cabinets as the new kitchen along with the same granite bench-tops this area is a special feature to this home. Wooden floors flow through to the kitchen and living area.

Double bi-fold doors open to reveal the washing machine & dryer. The bespoke sink cabinet has a wire basket laundry hamper and features a white ceramic laundry sink. Closed up this laundry area is more like a hallway sideboard than a practical laundry space.

The new laundry in this 1940's renovation has been relocated into the original bathroom which now doubles as the hallway to create a natural flow through from one end of the home to the other.
